Use of the directory

Essex Home Hero is a directory service. We list third-party businesses but do not employ or supervise the trade work itself. Any contract for work is between the homeowner and the business.

Business listings

Listed businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their own listing information. Essex Home Hero is not liable for the quality of work carried out, but we will investigate complaints and may remove listings where appropriate.

Enquiries & quote requests

When you submit an enquiry, your contact details are passed to the relevant business(es) so they can respond. There is no obligation on either side to accept any quote.

Liability

Essex Home Hero is not liable for any work, service or transaction arising between users and listed businesses. Always check insurances and credentials before commissioning work.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
